1. Refund Timeline
No refunds are provided after 7 days of purchase. Within 7 days of purchase, users can request a refund for incorrect images provided, but refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
Within the 7-day window, refund requests may be considered for:
- Images that do not match the purchased bib number or participant
- Significant technical errors in image delivery
- Images that are corrupted or unusable due to our error
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Images that have been successfully downloaded
- Personal preference regarding image quality or composition
- Images where the participant's appearance differs from expectations
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
4. Event Cancellations
In the rare event that a race or event is cancelled and no images are captured, full refunds will be provided for any pre-purchased image packages.
5. Processing Time
When refunds are approved, processing typically takes 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
